All the main car hire companies are based at Geneva airport.
If you’re coming in winter, you must tell them you’re driving in Switzerland & France (and get a vehicle fitted with snow tyres and get chains).
At Geneva airport, you are able to hire vehicles on both the Swiss and French sectors, it’s worth checking prices on both sides.
Strangely, the French sector is closer than the Swiss in the airport, but longer to drive to when you return. -
