We’re one of the few companies left in Châtel offering the beloved traditional chalet holiday experience. Our dedicated staff are on hand to ensure you can focus on the good stuff—while we take care of everything else.

A week with us includes:

7-night stay, including all taxes
Chalet Chef & Host/Driver
Daily breakfast & Daily afternoon tea
5 x four-course evening meals
Complimentary wine & beer served with evening meals
Complimentary slope shuttles (8.30 & 9am, 4pm & 4.30pm)

WEEKLY ROUTINE

- Saturdays: From 4.30pm
- You’re very welcome to drop bags earlier & we’ll let you into rooms as soon as they’re ready
- Welcome chat at 7pm with canapés
- 5 x Hot Breakfasts
  Served daily from 7:30 am to 8:30 am
- Daily Afternoon Tea
  Fresh baguettes, condiments, and homemade baked treats
- 5 x Four-Course Evening Dinners
  Prepared by our in-house chef:
  - 7:00 pm: Canapés in the snug
  - 7:30 pm: Seated three-course meal with wine and beer included
  Tuesdays and Wednesdays are staff days off. You’ll enjoy a lighter self-serve breakfast from our buffet and have the chance to explore Chatel’s local cuisine in the evenings.

- Daily Morning Drop-offs: 8:30 am and 9:00 am (maximum 8 guests per run)
- Daily Afternoon Pick-ups: 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm (maximum 8 guests per run)
  On Tuesdays and Wednesdays (staff days off), the shuttles still run as usual, with our Chalet Angel.
- Before dinner: Walk 5 minutes into Chatel town for a drink or wander, or just chill out at the chalet.
- After dinner: Head down to the lounge and relax… or hit the bars and live music in Châtel!
Friday evening:
- Outstanding payments to be taken
- Lift passes: To be returned
Saturday Breakfast:
- 7.30am - 8.30am
- Check out by 9am
- Speak to staff about storing baggage
On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, our chalet host and chef take their well-earned days off, with our Chalet Angel stepping in to look after you.
Breakfast & Afternoon Tea:
You’ll enjoy a lighter, self-serve breakfast from our buffet. Simply pop any dirty dishes into the dropbox—Basti will take care of them when he returns from the shuttles and will also lay out afternoon tea for you.
Evenings:
There are no staff in the chalet during the evening, and the kitchen will remain locked. This is a great opportunity to explore Chatel’s fantastic local cuisine. We kindly ask that you keep the dining room clean and tidy in preparation for your self-serve breakfast the following morning.
Shuttles:
Shuttles will run at the usual times. Our Chalet Angel will have the SkiAlot phone to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
